Here, the pathway offers a chance to celebrate the people and places that have helped make Midtown a vibrant community while encouraging connection and healthy movement along the way. For more than five decades, Randy Paragary helped shape Midtown Sacramento into the vibrant urban destination it is today through restaurants, hospitality concepts and continued investment in the district. Paragary Pathway honors his legacy with a connected trail of lighting throughout the Midtown Sutter district.
