Michael Rendon
Maintenance Lead
Michael joined the Midtown Association in 2026 as Maintenance Lead, contributing to the Clean and Safe program that keeps the Midtown, Alhambra, and 16M districts clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, he performs essential field operations including graffiti removal, pressure washing, biohazard cleanup, and litter abatement, while also assisting with special events. Michael brings a proactive, customer-service-oriented approach to his work, communicating professionally with property and business owners and responding promptly to service calls throughout the district.
Prior to joining the Midtown Association, Michael built a versatile foundation through experience in events, customer service, warehouse operations, and delivery, all of which inform his collaborative, responsive approach to maintaining the vitality of Sacramento’s urban core.
Michael’s standout experience so far has been Midtown Love, witnessing the district come alive and seeing the direct impact of the team’s work on the community. Outside of his work, Michael is passionate about music, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends.
