Eric Gonzalez
Safety Lead
Eric Gonzalez joined the Midtown Association in February 2026 as a Safety Lead. In this role, Eric leads field safety operations throughout the Midtown, Alhambra, and 16M districts as part of the organization’s Clean and Safe program. His work includes conducting proactive hot spot checks, responding to service calls, engaging individuals in the unhoused community and connecting them with available resources, coordinating with the Sacramento Police Department, and supporting property and business owners with notices of trespass and related outreach.
Eric is known for his professionalism, his calm and respectful approach when engaging with all members of the community, and his commitment to fostering safe coexistence throughout Midtown’s urban environment. A recent HVAC graduate and active participant in the local community, Eric brings a well-rounded perspective to his role and easily connects with the individuals he encounters each day. One of his favorite responsibilities is supporting the Midtown Farmers Market, a beloved Saturday tradition that brings together community members and visitors from across the region.
Outside of work, Eric is a true Midtown enthusiast. You will often find him exploring the neighborhood, enjoying local parks, and engaging with the vibrant community he helps serve every day.
