Bailey joined the Midtown Association team in January 2026 as our Creative Manager, where she uses thoughtful strategy, empathy, and creative sensibility to weave all of the pieces of any communication initiative or activation touchpoint together into a tapestry of impactful branding and visual storytelling.

Bailey graduated from Sacramento State University in 2021 with her BFA in Graphic Design. With a background in fine art, over 6 years in the graphic design field, and 4 years of event branding, she relishes creative challenges and bringing dynamic projects to life through visuals.

Bailey’s favorite part of working at Midtown Association is the opportunity to celebrate, amplify, and be of service to the small business and creative communities whom she firmly believes are the heartbeat behind what keeps Midtown an invigorating, beautiful, and culturally relevant place to be.

Off the clock, Bailey is an avid gardener who enjoys the outdoors, cozy nights in with her husband and two pugs, treasure hunting at thrift stores, or dabbling in every creative medium, hobby, or DIY project under the sun.
