SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL FOR ONE OF THE PROJECTS BELOW TO BE A PART OF CONTINUING TO HELP MAKE MIDTOWN THE CENTER FOR CULTURE, CREATIVITY, AND VIBRANCY IN SACRAMENTO’S URBAN CORE.
Midtown is the cultural hub of Sacramento, home to a diverse array of housing, businesses, restaurants, bars and shops. The Midtown Property Business Improvement District (PBID) provide three areas of service: (1) Streetscape, Maintenance & Safety, (2) Placemaking & Capital Improvements, and (3) Advocacy, Communications and Administration.
Midtown Association has facilitated the thoughtful growth and preservation of Midtown, enriching the lives of visitors and community members. As the owners association for two Property Business Improvement Districts (PBID) and two Restaurant Business Improvement Districts (BID), Midtown Association is the organization behind many incredible landscaping and lighting projects, efforts to keep our community clean and safe, and acts as the voice of the community to create a vibrant and lively neighborhood full of character.
Our mission is to make Midtown the center for culture, creativity, and vibrancy in Sacramento’s urban core. With our unique combination of roles in placemaking, clean & safe services, communication, events and advocacy, Midtown Association is truly committed to being a champion for the Midtown community.
