Midtown Second Saturday: A Sacramento Summer Tradition
Running from May through October, Midtown Second Saturday is a perennial favorite among Sacramento locals and visitors alike. Every second Saturday of the month, the streets come alive with block parties, art activations at the Midtown Farmers Market, family-friendly festivals, live music, curated art walks, and more. It’s a celebration of Sacramento’s vibrant arts and culture scene, offering something for everyone to enjoy.
This year’s Midtown Second Saturday promises an even more immersive experience, with curated art walks offering an arts itinerary where followers can find art, culinary and music experiences at our local businesses, restaurants, galleries and more. Midtown Mini Midtown Love: The Ultimate Garden Party
Join us for the much-anticipated return of Midtown Mini Midtown Love, our garden party-themed extravaganza, on Saturday, May 11th, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. This reimagined event celebrates the launch of Midtown Second Saturday with an evening of local food and drinks, live performances, art experiences, networking opportunities, and more.
Funds raised during the event and from ticket sales and sponsorships benefit Midtown’s vibrant small business and arts community and future Midtown Second Saturday programming.
Presented by SKK Developments, Midtown Mini Midtown Love encapsulates everything that makes Midtown special into one unforgettable event. Held at The Mansion Apartments, this year’s celebration promises a lush oasis of art, music, and culinary delights. With a 35-piece art gallery curated by Faith J. McKinnie, specialty cocktails, craft beer and wine, live music, and unique culinary experiences, Midtown Mini Midtown Love is not to be missed.
