Will Buford joined the Midtown Association team in 2024 as the Safety Lead, where he plays a key role in coordinating outreach services and overseeing public safety efforts in the Midtown and Alhambra districts. He works closely with local partners to maintain safe and welcoming streets, while reporting activity to help improve overall community well-being.

Prior to joining the team, Will completed training at the Security Firearms Training Academy in Sacramento and brings over 20 years of experience in the security field.

Will’s favorite Midtown Association projects are the Midtown Farmers Market and our annual event Midtown Love, which highlights the vibrant community spirit he’s proud to support. Outside of work, he enjoys hitting the gym, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
