Advocacy and Stakeholder Affairs Manager
Karina Raymundo joined the Midtown Association in 2021 as a Community Safety Lead, providing crisis intervention and outreach to individuals in need throughout the district. In 2023, she was promoted to Farmers Market & Events Coordinator, where she cultivated partnerships with local artists, musicians, and small businesses to enrich the Midtown Farmers Market and expand community programming.
By 2025, Karina advanced into her current role as Advocacy and Stakeholder Affairs Manager, where she leads initiatives that strengthen relationships between Midtown’s diverse stakeholders and the broader civic landscape—supporting local business growth, public space activation, and community-forward policies.
With a background in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State, Karina brings valuable insight into systems of public service, community engagement, and neighborhood development.Outside the office, Karina enjoys traveling, camping, and capturing life through photography. One of her favorite Midtown projects has been the expansion of the Culinary Corridor at the Midtown Farmers Market.
