Ivan joined the Midtown Association team in 2016 as a Maintenance Assistant and now works as the Clean & Safe Foreman overseeing the work that the Clean & Safe Team performs. 

Before joining our team, Ivan has had experience in landscaping, heavy machine operating, and customer service.

His favorite project to date has been the training and performing of the gum removal on certain blocks of the Midtown district. Outside of work, Ivan enjoys spending time with his family, watching the latest movies, reading, and relaxing in float tanks.
