To remove litter and beautify public space, 21 trash cans in Midtown were wrapped with art installations. These artists were selected by a panel including Carlin Naify with Verge Center for the Arts, Clay Nutting with Canon East Sac and DBA Arts, and Ashley Rodseth with Honey Agency. We’d also like to recognize Councilmember Steve Hansen for his support on this project. The artists recognized in 2019 include Jon Bafus, Denae Davis, Sarah Golden, Annie Robinson, Natana Rose, Haley Titus and Runyon Saltzman (creative agency).
