Through SMUD’s efforts, Midtown Association now has a database that relays Clean & Safe activities and directly connects them with the properties that received service. Additionally, the database tracks parcel data, contact information, and assessment information, allowing Midtown Association to better communicate with stakeholders. One significant outcome of the database is that our largest property owners will receive automated reports on a regular basis indicating the service that was received on their property.
