Luis joined our team in 2013 as the Safety Lead and now works as our Clean & Safe Manager. He oversees the delivery of Clean & Safe Team’s services in the Midtown district including homeless outreach, safety patrols, and maintenance services.

Before joining our team, Luis served as the Hospitality Ambassador for Downtown Stockton.

His favorite project that he’s worked on at Midtown Association is the Alhambra Community Clean-up Project. In his free time, Luis enjoys going to local movie theaters with his family and watching basketball.
