Joel joined the Midtown Association team in 2016 as a Maintenance Lead before being promoted to Senior Maintenance Lead and now Assistant Foreman/Fleet Maintenance. His job duties include maintaining company vehicles to stay in tip-top shape and leading our maintenance department. 

Joel has his certificate from a trade school, and previously worked at an auto body shop for a few years and in construction before joining Midtown Association. 

His favorite project to date has been company vehicle procurement and installing pressure washing machines for the Maintenance team to use in the field. Outside of work, Joel enjoys fixing up cars, going to the gym and most importantly spending time with his kids.
