Cody joined MA in 2020 as the Placemaking team’s Project Coordinator. He was promoted in 2023 to Placemaking Manager and his responsibilities include implementing pilot projects and installing capital improvements throughout the district.

Cody graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Sacramento State. Prior to joining the Midtown Association team he worked in hospitality and education.

His favorite project to date is the installation of lighting at Winn Park. Outside of work you can find Cody spending time outdoors hiking and paddle boarding or enjoying a new brewery in Midtown.
