The Midtown Association (MA) is governed by a self-electing Board of Directors. The majority of the Board will be compromised of property owners paying the Midtown Property Business Improvement District (PBID) assessment. Additional Directors may be those that operate a business in Midtown, live in Midtown, or represent a key partner or initiative as identified by the Board. Midtown is defined as 16th Street on the West, B Street on the North, Business 80 on the East, and the 50 Freeway on the South. To apply to join the MA Board of Directors, please complete and submit this application by 5:00 PM on August 27th, 2024. If you require special accommodations, please call Midtown Association at (916) 442-1500. The MA Board has appointed a nominating committee that will review all applications and recommend a slate of candidates for confirmation by the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting. Those selected will serve a two-year board term from January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2026. Candidates that apply but are not selected will be encouraged to engage in the organization until a time that a place on the Board may become available.
