Explore Midtown Pass 2024 – BID Information

What is the Explore Midtown Pass?

As a member of Midtown Central or Midtown Sutter, your business is eligible to be included in the Explore Midtown Pass program for free!  Launching in September and running through November, the Explore Midtown Pass will be a gamified passport program that encourages visitors to redeem special offers at local businesses. By redeeming these offers, visitors will accumulate points that will make them eligible for raffle prizes. Utilizing the Bandwango platform, participating businesses will have their own page, complete with a bio, logo, photos, mapped location and offer details. Your business will have the ability to edit your own page or have the Midtown Association’s Communications team build it on your behalf. 

How it Works

  1. Opt in to the program by signing the Explore Midtown Pass Agreement by 8/16/24 
  2. Indicate if you would like to edit your own page or have Midtown Association manage it for you 
  3. Provide details on the special(s) you would like to offer and train your staff on how to redeem this offer through your POS system September – November

Additional Explore Midtown Pass Benefits (Optional)

If you are interested in boosting your visibility in the program, there are additional benefits that you can take advantage of through cash or gift card donations. 

  • Presenting Benefits ($500 cash or in-kind prize donation) 
    • In addition to the free perks of the program, Silver Benefits level will receive:
      • one (1) dedicated Instagram reel
      • one (1) additional eblast mention
      • logo inclusion on a dedicated webpage at exploremidtown.org 
  • Premier Benefits ($1,000 cash or $500 cash + $500 in-kind prize donation) 
    • In addition to the free perks of the program, the Gold Benefits level will receive:
      • one (1) banner ad on the program’s landing page and signup confirmation email
      • three (3) social media mentions
      • one (1) dedicated Instagram reel
      • three (3) eblast mentions, press release mention and logo inclusion on a dedicated webpage at exploremidtown.org
