Katy joined the Midtown Association team in 2023 as our Project & Training Manager, Operations. She helps organize and lead work in administration considering the needs of people, finance & ethics, regulatory requirements, and system innovations.

Kat graduated from California State University, Chico with a BA in Legal Studies, and a minor in International Relations. In the past, she worked in property management and in law as a paralegal which helped her as a leader in people operations and facilities management in her previous organization.

Her favorite Midtown Association projects thus far have been helping the team with the annual Midtown Mini Midtown Love event and establishing a roadmap for an upcoming organizational software integration. In her free time, she loves learning, music and catching up with friends online and at local venues in Midtown.
